INSTINCT © is a ground-breaking train-the-trainer style safety program that provides leaders and managers with training, material and support to deliver highly effective safety training sessions to their teams.

This team led, team run and team owned progam incorporates the latest techniques in neuroscience, mindfulness and mental health. Presented in practical bite size chunks, it creates a sustainable shift through ongoing safety culture conversations.

Each series contains 12 modules, which are delivered over a 9-12 month period by select in-house Safety Champions. The modules are designed to build your safety culture and get safety to the forefront of everyone’s mind, minimising the likelihood of workplace incidents due to human error.
