About Deborah

Deborah Keep is passionate about helping individuals, leaders and teams to get the best out of themselves, each other and their environment.  Through rock solid influencing skills, and heightened awareness and control of those inflection points that make all the difference in communication, mindset and performance, she shows you how you can create the results you want.

She has run her own practice since 2008, and works with a variety of clients across industries such as banking and insurance, environmental services, retail, recruitment and B2B sales, for purpose organisations and technology companies. She ran her previous practice under the name of Keep NLP Training.

Her clients have included front line leaders who come to her to help increase their influence and impact with their teams and clients or customers, marketing teams who recognise the need to improve the effectiveness of their presentations, leaders or individuals who want to maximise their team’s performance potential and supervisors who want to improve attitudinal and behavioural safety across their site.

Prior to founding her own practice, she created and led all training and development within an international sales company. During her eight years there, she trained and coached leaders in seventeen different countries, a role that suited her passion for travel and cultures perfectly.

This passion for travel led her to live in three different countries and learn four languages to a fluent level in her uni and post uni days. She loved the adventure and the buzz of just heading off with a backpack and creating new beginnings.

Her non-business jobs to fund her travel included waitressing (one of the best ways to really get customer service!) and TEFL teaching (teaching English as a foreign language.) All of these roles helped foster an obsession about communication and behavioural science, and led her to study NLP to a very high level. Deborah is one of the global few who are an internationally accredited NLP Trainer.

Back to now – outside of her work coaching and training, Deborah is involved with her local rugby team, and in the past with the Shute Shield rugby team, the Rats, as a mindset coach, and is a regular trainer for Chattercamp – a camp that teaches presentation skills to school kids.

Where you’ll find her when not engaging with a valued client is most likely on her local beach in Sydney teaching her two young sons to bodyboard, her local rugby club managing her sons teams, training for another half marathon or enjoying a glass or two of wine with her husband.

Deborah’s qualifications and accreditations include:

  • Internationally Certified NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer
  • Accredited Multipliers trainer with the Wiseman Group
  • Accredited Team Management Profiles trainer with TMS
  • Certified Mindfulness trainer
